Simon Mackintosh retirement

We would like to announce the retirement of Simon Mackintosh as Trustee of the Ray and Diana Harryhausen Foundation.  Simon spent his professional career as a solicitor, first at W&J Burness and latterly at Turcan Connell, where he served as the firm’s first Chairman of the Partnership.  He has had a long-standing involvement with the Harryhausen family and the Foundation, having first met Ray in the 1980s, and brought years of specialist knowledge of charity law and related matters to the Board of Trustees. The Trustees would like to thank Simon for his decades of professionalism and support, and pass on their best wishes for his well-deserved retirement.
